Our equipment isproduced by well-known companies worldwide. Since Natraj Drums uses a very unique epoxy coatingsystem, the epoxy quality there is unique compared to other places. Using the best coating material andbaking the products at the necessary temperatures results in top-notch appearance, performance, andbetter resistance for a long time. The products are also user-friendly and safe. It is advised to packproducts of a high value, such as metallic paint for automobiles, in lacquered drums. Our professionalsdesigned and managed the lacquered in-house system. This is one of the speciality services we offer tothe customer, and it is completed with great care and adherence to environmental standards by bothof them to guarantee the safety and usability of our products.
Semi-Automatic Production Lines
We have streamlined our manufacturing process by implementing semi-automatic production lines in order to guarantee high standards of quality, on-time production with regular delivery, and effective management.
Our production lines include a variety of equipment, including heavy duty presses, ovens, coating machines, seam welding machines, cranes and other material handling systems
Material Stored
Approximately 40,000 square feet has been set aside for the entire process, from sheet cutting to having the goods ready for shipment whenever it is needed. Beyond the location where raw materials and packaging materials are stored, this area. Currently, this space can hold between 20,000 and 25,000 drums. The procurement department oversees the operation of the stores.
